The purpose of this study was to validate the three compartment kinetic model for myocardial blood flow measurements using †3N-ammoniadeveloped at our insti tution. Blood flow estimates with †3N-ammoniawere com pared to those obtained with †50-waterin the dog model. Both PET flow measurements were correlated with micro sphere determined blood flows over a wide flow range.
