摘要: Objective: Pharmacodynamic studies have demonstrated that levocetirizine is the active enantiomer of cetirizine. This first therapeutic trial of levocetirizine aimed at determining the dosage with the best benefit/risk ratio in patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis (SAR).
