Condensed Abstract: Pulsed field ablation (PFA) has emerged as a non-thermal method for cardiac ablation for the treatment of arrhythmias. Several packets of high-voltage biphasic pulses result in the irreversible electroporation of targeted myocytes, rendering the tissue electrically inert.
