摘要: Captopril, a competitive inhibitor of angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE), is an orally potent antihypertensive agent. Light and electron microscopic studies of th kidneys of mice, rats, and monkeys given large oral doses of captopril for long duration were conducted.
