Objective: To construct a sizeable naive human Fab phage display antibody library to screen high-affinity specific antibodies in vitro. Methods: Total RNA was extracted from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of 126 healthy individuals, subsequently reverse-transcribed into cDNA, and used as a template.
