摘要: Toxic nephropathy is an important cause of reversible renal injury. This article focuses on the nephrotoxicity of several new therapeutic compounds. Selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor is associated with sodium retention, hypertension, ankle edema, and acute renal failure.
