摘要: The failure of conventional cancer therapy renders glioblastoma an attractive target for immunotherapy. Tumor cells expressing ligands of the activating immunoreceptor NKG2D stimulate tumor immunity mediated by natural killer (NK), gammadelta T, and CD8( ) T cells.
