We report a Pd/NBE/Cu-catalyzed tandem Catellani/Buchwald annulation for the direct C–H/N–H [3+4] cyclization of carbazoles with aryl iodonium salts. This protocol provides efficient access to a range of π-extended dibenzocarbazole frameworks with broad substrate applicability. The reaction operates through a challenging six-membered N-aryl norbornene palladacycle (N-ANP) intermediate, merging the Catellani version with a subsequent intramolecular Buchwald coupling within a single manifold. This strategy expands the reactivity profile of ANP chemistry and provides rapid access to highly conjugated carbazole derivatives exhibiting promising fluorescence properties.ACS Publications展开收起保存 引用 相关文章 所有 3 个版本
