摘要: The bioequivalence and bioavailability of oral and intravenous formulations of levoleucovorin and leucovorin were studied, and the absolute bioavailabilities of levoleucovorin and leucovorin tablet formulations were determined. Healthy male volunteers participated in two randomized, single-dose, four-way crossover studies.
