Results In vitro stimulation of human PBMCs resulted in mitigated activation of the kinases ITK, LCK and ZAP70 when applying voclosporin as well as CsA. Treatment with voclosporin or CsA inhibited the progression and severity of oxazolone-induced colitis in mice.
